Pulte Homes at Santa Rita Ranch

My experience with Pulte has been very good. We just had our one year warranty inspection and literally there were two problems and they were only cosmetic. The Pulte customer service and repairs team, led by Jill, were highly responsive, and quick to act. I’m also in a neighborhood where every single neighbor is a good neighbor.

We’ve had such a great experience with Pulte! The whole process was way less stressful than we expected and everyone was super helpful along the way. The house turned out beautiful, and you can really see the quality in the details.

We are thrilled with our new home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Pulte, thanks to the outstanding support from Cameron G and Branden U. From day one, Cameron was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, guiding us through the entire sales process with patience and transparency. He made us feel confident in our decisions and was always available to answer our questions. On the construction side, Branden’s dedication and expertise were exceptional. His attention to detail and proactive communication ensured that everything was handled seamlessly, especially as we approached the closing. Positive : Jessica from sales team did a excellent job through out the process and prompt response with accurate info, good building quality and Service request team is very response to issues. Negative :- our assigned home construction manager was not up to the mark, we found around 60 issues during the final walk-through, eventually they agreed to address all those issues by involving area construction manager. its been close to 1 month since I purchased the home, as of today I am satisfied with Pulte building material. will update the comments in case of any additional pro's or con's if I notice.

Pulte has been amazing during the entire process from selecting a home, designing, building, financing, signing, and warranty support. We purchased our home around two years ago and were continuously impressed with the quality of service and care by staff. Even in minor touchups after the house settled, their staff and contractors have always been pleasant and professional. I have already recommended them to anyone looking to build a home and I am definitely going to have Pulte build my next home too.
