I lived in an apartment for 2 years before PTP management took over. The previous management replaced my windows due to mold accumulation, had the apartment appraised and my rent was never raised. After less than a year with PTP- who never reached out, or inspected the unit- my rent was raised over 20% with no explanation. When I reached out they listed things that had been done over the past 10 years, according to other tenants (who’s rents were not raised). One of the things noted was laundry machines being replaced, which tenants have to pay to use anyway, and none of which were fully operational, as they bought them used.
