We have moved a lot of people into this complex and most people stay. I’ve been in almost every apartment here and they are all clean, modern up-to-date and everything is functional. The people in the offices are great to deal with whether you are a business renting several units or a family moving in for an older couple downsizingthey accommodate and are very good then to mention the workout room, the playground and all the extras that are there. This is one of the better places around in this area like it, but really it’s almost one of a kind in this

I parked in the wrong place and received a warning. That’s fine. But the warning was a cheap paper sticker that they stuck right in my line of sight on my windshield. (Why not just put it under the window wiper blades?) I could not get it to peel off cleanly and got upset. Took my car down to the main building and told them I needed them to take off the sticker that they put on there. Terry the maintenance man said no several times. Luckily an office worker was sweet enough to clean it. even though it wasn’t her job. The higher up lady in the office just told me it was my fault (that they used a bad sticker?) Terry walked out to his Gator, pulled out his can, and got a big ole chew of tobacco before telling me he wasn’t going to fix it and he drove off, leaving the office girl to do everyt

During the application process alone the office people were horrible to us. The manager is very rude. I guess they think that because they are the only “decent” apartment complex in Ashland that they can treat people however they want. I fully believe that they accepted our application and the fee with no intention of renting us the apartment they knew we wanted. They didn’t even contact us to let us know we were accepted to put down a deposit. Regardless, with the way they treated us before and after that fiasco I am glad that it did not work out. If they treat people that way before they sign a lease I can’t imagine how they treat you once you are locked into a lease. The manager is so rude and hateful. She also refused to provide me with a number for their corporate office to let them k

I'm in the medical profession and had to move to Ashland for work. I had no roots in the area, thus finding a suitable yet secure location was my #1 priority. I researched and found Providence Hill Apartment and for almost 2 years, it was everything that I had hoped for until I had to move away again. As some whose more of a hermit, Providence Hill Apartment provided all the necessity that I've ever needed, thus I hardly ever have to leave the apartments; the gym was super nice and even laundry had dropped in price from $1.50 per wash/dry to $1.00. When did I have to leave and go to walmart, it was only 3 mins away. In the summer time, they even had the pool open, however, remember hermit = no pool for me. My family did visit one time last summer and they loved it. Yes, it's a littl

Apartment is overpriced. Luxurious is an understatement… truly just an average apartment. Management never replies to emails or calls, unless over petty stuff. You can hear your neighbors since everything is paper thin. If you enjoy hearing moaning from the apartment below you, then this is your place. Neighbors are the worst (unfriendly and assume the worst). Avoid at all costs (much better opportunities within the community than these over priced “luxurious” apartments)
