AVOID THIS REAL ESTATE COMPANY!!! Our "realtor" Robert Grizzle did a video walkthrough with my disabled father who was out of state and wanted to buy a house and retire in peace. Instead Robert Grizzle ommited certain areas of the house and flat out lied about what year the house was built by over about 20 years. He then refused to answer phone calls when he arrived at the house as to why things where not as agreed upon in writing and about things that where to be fixed. He ows a fiduciary duty to his clients and he is nothing more than a step below a used car salesman with a rancid bbq side hustle ran out the back of his car. Then after he took advantage of his client we tried calling his broker Ervana Howard-Kiser to settle the matter she totally avoided us. Avoid this company and do bus
