Hannah was absolutely wonderful to work with. We contacted her and had questions about home improvements prior to selling verses selling “as is.” She gave us our options and we went from there. We didn’t even get the house listed before she had a buyer. She made the process easy and kept us informed along the way. We can’t speak highly enough about Dee’s Real Estate and Hannah.

Gail helped me get a very difficult property into sellable condition. Once on the market it sold quickly. Then she helped me navigate the purchase of my new home. She and her team were in constant touch and answered all calls and texts immediately.

Hannah is a time waster and has poor communication skills. She'll follow up with you ONLY when a deal goes sideways, but otherwise she will ignore your phone calls. Poor experience, I will file complaint with Kentucky Association of Realtors.
