Coming out of a relationship with an abhorrent property manager, Mike was a breath of fresh air. I was a tenant at a home he was managing - he was responsive, quick to work with me on resolutions to my issues and was a great liaison between myself and the landlord. He is pleasant to work with and always made himself available, even after-hours. He doesn’t just manage properties, but sells as well! I would recommend PropertyMax for anyone looking for a good property manager; they’re hard to come by!
