Positive feedback here! The leasing process was professional, efficient, and transparent. Since my move-in, Chris has addressed move-in questions and maintenance requests expediently and communicated consistently and very well during it. For tenants, many things are online/automated for ease (utility billing, rent payment, maintenance requests), and also there is an openness to my questions live. They really set you up for success to take care the unit both in case of emergencies and in the day to day (from manuals and guidance on maintaining the new appliances, flooring/counters, to guides/reminders on where the circuit breakers are, etc.). I experience them as representing the owner well in how they manage the property and in striving for a good tenant experience simultaneously. I

We've been at our last rental for over 11 years, most of this time with Property Management & Leasing. Having Steve and eventually Chris as our property managers has been great over the years. What we appreciate the most is that we were able to tackle anything that came up on a more personal and friendly note than what you would have experienced otherwise. Everything was also always handled timely and professionally, making it easy on us. We'd love to rent from them again and would highly recommend them.

Steve and Team are a fantastic group of professionals. Having worked with PM&L for years I couldn't be happier with the results. I was so blessed to have Steven take care of the leasing arrangements for my 80+ year old mother, since I live out of state, after she purchased a rental income home. He even went above & beyond with arranging the HOA payments so my mother didn't have to worry about it after losing her husband of 65 years. Knowing he's taking care of things, & even emails me a notice of her rental deposit, has really set my mind & my lovely mother's mind at ease. I would definitely recommend him & his company!

I was a resident at a property that had a number of management companies during my tenancy, all pretty bad. Property Management & Leasing was brought in shortly before I moved out. Steve was extremely respectful and did what he said he would at every stage, clearly the best management company we had. After moving they refunded my deposit and my pro-rated rent promptly and completely. I have only good things to say about PM&L and Steve Bernath.
