The leasing office team is always friendly (and patient with my million questions), and maintenance has consistently responded faster than I expected—whether it’s a light fixture, AC check, or anything small, they actually follow up, which I love. The amenities are a real perk here! The gym is always clean, the pool area is peaceful, and parking has been way smoother than I’ve experienced at past places. I also feel comfortable coming home at night thanks to the gated access. I absolutely love living here! The high ceilings and amazing natural light make the space feel bright, open, and instantly welcoming. The staff is truly incredible—warm, responsive, and genuinely caring, which adds so much to the overall experience. The wonderful maintenance team see to all needs, and lovingly include my precious animals in their level of genuine care for our community well being! The whole place, from the office, pool and convenient package delivery area, all the way to my personal dwelling space, has a homey feeling that’s hard to find in most apartment communities. Since moving in to this complex in July, I have had nothing but wonderful interactions with each team member of the Promenade. The units and amenities are incredibly well kept, maintenance is quick to respond to any issues and everyone is so personable. Lindsay was so helpful and accommodating from the very beginning, and David is probably my dog’s favorite person to see regardless of him having treats! I truly appreciate all of you and what you do!
