Don’t rent from this company, we paid our rent through an app called Resident Center and every time we would fall on hard times (like the pandemic COVID-19 era) or work is going slow) We would let them know ahead of time on why the rent will be late and they would agree on receiving the rent late. At first everything was good until they started gypping us. Every time rent was late they would add all these extra charges on the Resident Center App and then went we finally paid the rent and late fees there would always be some type of balance remaining some of three hundred and some as high as seven hundred and they would threaten us to pay or be evicted so we would end up paying those remaining balances. If your rent is behind one week they are automatically gonna quickly add on next months

Why isn’t 0 stars an option? If you live in a perfect world where nothing ever breaks or needs replacing, your experience with “Pro” Managed might be ok. But here in the real world, they are absolutely useless. Don’t even think about having an emergency - you’ll wait at least a week for them to even acknowledge your existence, and then if you’re lucky they’ll send one of their “handymen” to come look at your issue. And I do mean just look at it. You’ll wait at least another week for anything to be done. And then, after weeks of broken things and unlivable space and no communication, the “handymen” will likely break something else while fixing your current broken thing. Ask me how I know. They don’t answer text message or calls for weeks and months on end they raise the rent every single year I’m a single mother they raised it almost 100 this year I feel it was due to retaliation just because I ask for things to get fixed that they don’t respond too anyways and I’ve complain about my neighbors taking up all the parking with cones in front of my house it’s been 2 years and I have not once been able to park in front of my own house. feels like they don’t care about their tenants also said they don’t accept late payments but yet why charge a late fee? Will tenants get kicked out if god forbid one month someone can’t pay on the first exactly? they were going to fix the windows when I first moved in because they all fall they don’t stay up and my kids can hurt their fingers with

Honestly the property manager Sydney is the only saving grace. She was responsive and helpful given she works for a crooked owner who definitely hates poor people. Our house was barely cleaned when we moved in but we let it go only to have half our security deposit taken for every little thing. Just not worth the headache. They’ll raise rent and not do a damn thing unless you bug them. So glad to be free of them. There are much better companies out there

I would give 0 stars. Butttt when I first moved here in 2020 it was high traffic of drug addicts and drug use. I walked in on a man shooting dope in the hallways. I told them nothing was done. And the man was still able to live there with his drug addict friends. He eventually over dosed in the storage closet. But the apartment building is filthy, mice infested and roaches. The lady that lives in the building has half of her apartment outside in the hallway, they will not get her to move it no matter what they tell u. The neighbors in the building will harass you about parking in front of the building because they feel as if they own it. They will go up on rent every year! With no updates or changes to the building or apartment itself. Thennn when it’s time to move they will try to keep y
