They are quick to charge your rent but very very slow when it comes to repairs. The AC unit at the house has broken twice in a year. First time waited a day for the service people to contact us even tho temperatures were in the 80s. Right now Feb 28, AC broke again 2 days ago. We have been sleeping in 80+ degree weather and still no sign from the technician. Thecostumer service people only say I have to wait to be contacted. I asked if I could bring my own AC tech and they said they won't refund. Absolutely ridiculous service. U

DJ Alvarez came by to help us with our garbage disposal, and he was absolutely fantastic. Not only did he handle the fix quickly and professionally, he also took the time to share some really interesting history about the house. He’s incredibly friendly, engaging, and even dog-friendly — our pup loved him. It’s not often you meet someone who brings both skill and genuine personality to their work, but DJ does exactly that. Progress is lucky to have him on their team, and I truly hope they keep him around and reward him with some well-deserved bonuses. Great experience all around!

I have had some issues with progress as a whole which made me want to go lower in my review. However, Krystle Snider eventually took lead on my issues and worked diligently to ensure things were taken care of for me and my family. Her support, professionalism, and care ensured I was able to continue to provide a safe and comfortable home for my children. She even followed up with me after I moved and checked in. The accessibility to store and restraunts is on point. But the safety and customer service is a 3. The only reason why it is not a 1 is because of the accessibility. I was blamed for kids destroying a court house that was not even my fault because I did not call the police on neighborhood kids that were destroying it. By the way the kids were 5 - 10 years old and the courthouse did not have a camera. There was a shooting at a house across from me. Someone rammed there car into some else's house. People leave trash all over the place. The 3D tour for the new renters shows trash everywhere so I do not know who well be renting out the house we stayed in anytime soon. The appliances were all from dollar depot as I was calling someone out almost every single week when I first got to the house.

This review is specific to technician DJ Alvarez I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Alvarez as part of a work order submitted to fix plumbing issues. He was able to identify the problem quickly and resolve within a matter of minutes. Afterwards, he asked if there were any other concerns or questions about the property; he educated me on proper techniques to prepare my sprinkler system for the upcoming winter and made other helpful suggestions. He was kind, courteous, and above all genuine in his approach. I hope Progress continues to hire individuals such as Mr. Alvarez.
