I recently completed a complex transaction involving trusts, POAs, an old equity account that should have been closed but wasn’t, and coordinating proceeds to another title company for back-to-back closings. Used them for a closing. They didn’t check that water bill wasn’t paid by the previous owners. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using them. The ladies working there act like they don’t even understand what you are talking about. Good luck getting emails returned on time. I had to pay the water bill for almost $800 just cause they didn’t do their due diligence for me. The owner Nick had nothing to say either. We even did an insurance claim but insurance company sucked just like them. I recently worked with NW Fidelity title company and my experience with them was phenomenal.
