In my opinion, this HOA company has been extremely disappointing to work with. From my perspective, communication is one of their biggest shortcomings—I rarely get timely responses, and when I do, they feel dismissive or incomplete. It often leaves me feeling like homeowners’ voices aren’t being heard. I’ve also felt a real lack of transparency. Important financial details and updates about projects don’t seem to be shared openly, which makes it hard to trust how decisions are being made. Personally, I think vendors are chosen without much consideration for quality or cost, and the work done around the property reflects that. Overall, my experience has been that this company does not prioritize the homeowners they’re supposed to represent. In my view, they focus more on their own conveni

One of the worst property management companies in Florida! Completely unprofessional and unorganized as a CAM or Property Manager.

I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Carol and the entire staff of Procam for over a year. Carol, Holly and Paula have always been very professional, dedicated and knowledgeable. Both Mike and Matt on staff at Amalfi Coast Resort are the reason why our condo community is the best on Scenic Gulf Drive. The place always looks beautiful! Procam has a great management approach and I recommend them to anyone. Small or large property.

This is by far the worst management company. I’m sure they would be great for houses valued below 100,000 but they are not equipped to deal with high end homes and more than about 10 homes. To avoid all possible headaches please read this. The procrastination is unacceptable. The customer service is ran by very trashy ladies who’s attitude match their appearance. Just a very poorly ran operation, especially Considering we have such nice properties.

I am 64 years old and a couple of years ago procam hired me for security at three of their locations. After working aprox 12 hours a day for about a month. They hired another security person and never notified me. Only the schedule changed so i was left without a job. Was never notified so i just went to their offices and turned in my phone and security shirts and all they said was thank you. Age discrimination?
