Residence Inn by Marriott Sandestin at Grand Boulevard

Positive: Great location. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the Beach. Negative: It appears that they are understaffed so I had to wait a bit to check in and running out of pool towels. Breakfast Lady could use help. She is always running around to replenish the buffet.

I can not say enough about the amazing staff at breakfast at this location. Adrian went above and beyond! My dtr left her wallet and tablet there and he took it to UPS store after contacting us and had it shipped to us. I will always stay here now when in the area! Great job to the whole team!

I got the room with kitchen. The kitchen was attached to the room as hall. The size of the rooms are decent. The cleaning services are not good or up to the expectations. Even after requesting for change of bed sheets and blankets for 3rd night day, it was skipped. Location is good and has good breakfast options. The pool and hot tub was good.

Room was great, but we had a few issues. 1. It was hard to here the tv because of the air conditioning unit that was next to it. 2. The WiFi was very bad we were on the second floor, I don't know if that why or not but with bad phone reception the WiFi was not working well. The location and hotel overall is great
