Absolutely wonderful stay. You will have everything that you need here. We went to the store beforehand for pool / beach toys and chairs and I genuinely wish we hadn’t. There’s a shop downstairs as well full of all souvenirs you’d need and items you may need at the beach or pool. Ice cream next door, beautiful view of the ocean, clean pools, two jacuzzi tubs. What a perfect trip! We came for 4 nights and with a toddler and it was more than enough time. Thank you for the wonderful hostesses that resolved and accommodated for any issues that arose, the Airbnb itself was so clean, and lovely. So many memories made. And if you’re looking for some books to read they have plenty! Can’t wait to come back again for another stay!

We booked a condo with them and they tried to charge us over $200 in additional cleaning fees. They accused us of leaving the house "excessively dirty" and "leaving food on the floor". None of this is true. They even submitted pictures as evidence that have debris in it that didn't belong to our group. We have photos on the day of checkout to prove that the debris they showed in their images was not there when we left (see photos). We left the house in great condition. We even washed the towels and folded them up, which was not required of us. We tried to come to a fair resolution but they lacked any level of professionalism. This place is simply amazing. Beautiful decor and very spacious. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants and stores. Daily excursions provided daily. Staff attentive to any needs or questions. The balcony and view was breathtaking. This is a MUST book!!!!

I highly recommend Forever Vacation Rentals. We held a family reunion over the holidays and several of our family members booked with Forever Vacation Rentals and stayed at Laketown Wharf in Panama City Beach. Everything from booking, check-in and communication with Forever Vacation Rentals was seamless and trouble free. It's very obvious from looking at their website that they only offer the highest quality accommodations in the area and we appreciated their spotless condos and attention to detail. Laketown Wharf was a beautiful property! They have several pools on the property, a very nice weight room and several restaurants on-site including Lorrie Morgan's Chicken Coop where we had so much fun eating, listening to live music, singing karaoke, and watching afternoon football.
