I live in one of the duplex units here, and I’ve honestly had a great experience. The place is quiet, clean, and really comfortable. I feel safe in the neighborhood, and the property is always well maintained. Even my cat enjoys it here — he loves looking out the windows and making himself at home. Maintenance has been smooth and I haven’t had any issues since moving in. Overall, it’s been a really positive place to live and I definitely recommend it.

My experience with Pro X has been amazing. When my family first moved into town last year we didn't have any knowledge of rental companies to go through so we looked in the area and found Pro X. I'm so glad we did. They made the process from moving out of state so seamless, and they have been very helpful with any and all questions that come up. If there's a maintenance issue, it gets resolved within 3 days and that has been a God send. When our lease was up this year we were looking for a bigger place, and our leasing agent Jamie found us the right place. She took the time to listen to the needs of my family and the place we live at now is wonderful. Jamie has been helpful with any and all questions amd concerns that I've had, and I would recommend this company to anyone finding a place

Jamie Fereday Leasing Coordinator out of the Pittsburg Office as been amazing! She has always answered my questions or concerns in a timely manner, and has been there when it was needed. I truly appreciate her and all her hard work!

I am really trying to have a little hope that things improve but at this point I just dont know. Came here from Hutch for Son to attend Pitt. A month and a half before moving in , I looked at the rental I am in. I chose not to persue at that time due to several issues . Primarily water in basement and the AC lines were Frozen. Summertime and hot as Hades so no thanks. Several trips back and forth from Hutch to view places and returned to this place. Checked it out again and AC still frozen a month later. I notified them again, AC company informed again. a week later I had to return again for service turn ons because Pitt water has to be in person , (More hours wasted driving) and Gas had to be checked. Im again at the house (after aparrent AC company returned again) to find AC running HoTT
