Crawford County Abstract Company, Inc

I shopped for services on my closing disclosure that stated $850 for Security First and I called Crawford County Abstract since I’ve used them before. They told me they would do better than the other company and come to find out it was higher than Security First despite being told it would be lower. Then I was told they would cut me a check to do what they said therefore I continued with them and it was only a $25 check which still made their services more than Security First. I got the run around from them after it was all finished and they didn’t want to do what they promised. Promises were made by two different employees here at Crawford County Abstract and none of it happened. I’m disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend. Make sure you get a new closing disclosure and don’t take their word for

Gave the wrong deed. This opened a whole can of worms that showed how much they DONT do their job correctly. Check your property lines and if you find an error be careful. They will go behind your back and deed it to someone else.
