The management is very kind, helpful and understanding. The maintenance man is extremely helpful and efficient. They also have security cameras and codes for the locks on the doors. A wonderful place to call home.

I had a client that lived there. It seemed nice. Everyone I met seemed nice. Mostly it was clean. It is low income, however, it was somewhere I wouldn't mind living. Nice day room. WIFI in the building etc. etc. I know that it has been sold and expecting to be rejuvenated. It seems like there wouldn't be a lot to be done IMO. However, my access was mostly on the 3rd floor. Note: due to COVID access was restricted and mask required in common arears.

Wouldn't even give 1 star right now the building being remodeled those are nice but the management is very poor don't move in there with that type of management she tells off and talks to elderly people bad and have heard what she's says to where they are crying she shouldn't have the right to talk to people the way she does and she gets away with it she's needs to go before the building will get better

Manager isn't always available to help with things and one of the maintenance guys is very rude and likes to talk down to you and then doesn't fix anything. My client lives there and I've had to fix up things that aren't our responsibility.
