I cannot recommend Cobb Realty to anyone looking to sell their home in the Kansas City metro area. I would give them zero stars if that were an option!! As the saying goes, “No good deed goes unpunished.” When it came time to sell my home, my neighbor had recommended I contact Cassandra. She told me she was relatively new to real estate but she seemed very energetic and highly motivated. Knowing that my home was located in a neighborhood where homes rarely stay listed for more than a week, I decided I would give her to opportunity to list/sell my home. HUGE mistake!
