Honestly one of the worst rental application experiences I’ve encountered in any industry. I provided all the initial documentation and after all that in getting everything to them, they wanted more, which was irrelevant information as everything provided was enough. I am in the process of selling my home, and am on a time crunch. They were playing games with me, and adding more onto of what was originally asked for, and what is standard in the industry. Not to mention they fired the initial home rental contract with the company that managed. I work in helping seniors getting rentals, and everything on top of that was initially asked for was not necessary. ProServ Management sales expert Jordan Mugford is an expert on Pest Control. He’s very knowledgeable and very friendly. I am pleased to speak to him, and he explained about different type of pest particularly cockroaches. I definitely recommend ProServ Management.

Beware of HOA! Scammers! They will raise your HOA fees without notice once a Vice President board member agrees to raise fee. HOA is a scam and Candace the manager withholds information from the homeowners and raises fees. In the 25 years I lived in my home there has been 0 maintenance on our condo complex and the gate is broken and 534 Orange Ave unit c throws his bakery business trash in our dumpster which leads to the waste management company being called (w/ added charge on hoa dues) and the other homeowners need to pay for one persons wrong doing. Horrible and Unprofessional management company. Wish we can get out of this HOA and Manager CANDICE taking advantage of people

Do not coming here. This company was the worst....Do not choose them for our home.
