We've lived at Woodside Terrace for more than 13 years. Sharyn Howerton, the property manager is AWESOME. Sharyn is great at what she does, she is on top of service requests and follows up. Sharyn takes pride in our building community ensuring the property is safe and clean in all aspects, from festive holiday decorations, toy and food drives, updated WiFi laundry rooms, package lockers in the front lobby, post's on local events and much more. I believe having Sharyn as the property manager is a great asset.
I’ve lived at Woodside Terrace for a while now. Other than the pool, great size units, and ideal location, I appreciate the hard work and care from the manager, Sharyn. She always makes time to attend and help fix any issues us tenants have. Overall, this is a great place to live.
My experience at Woodside terraces has been a great living here. Alot has to du to the Manager Sharyn Howerton. Sharyn makes this place like home. It she spends her own money to decorate for the different holidays of the year. Kinda feels like the Hallmark Movies.
