88 at Alhambra Place Apartments

I am roommate 427. During our year-long stay, we are incredibly grateful for Cindy Cholu's exceptional help. She was always there for us, responding promptly to any issues that arose, making us feel like we were living with family. My husband and I are giving her a five-star review to express our gratitude.

Cindy has been absolutely amazing! She is always so friendly and helpful. She checks in and makes us feel cared for as tenants. It’s clear she genuinely wants the best for the residents, and we appreciate everything she does. Highly recommend living here! The apartment building is great and amenities are up to date and clean.

The tour, application, and move-in process was smooth and a great experience. We are thankful to Tony, Cindy, and Staci for their help during this process. They were very informative and helpful every step of the way - especially Tony throughout the application process and Cindy for the move-in tour/process. They even left a thoughtful move-in kit on our first day. The pricing and available inventory was transparent with no surprises. We love the apartment and community so far. The facilities and amenities are of high quality. The maintenance team is quick and responsive.

My partner and I had been eyeing 88 Alhambra for quite some time, and after a couple of months of pondering, we finally committed :) and we’re so glad we did! A huge part of that decision was thanks to Cindy, the wonderful customer/leasing representative who guided us through every stage and step of the way, from touring units to the application process to move-in day. I’ve moved several times, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such thoughtful concierge service and genuinely kind hospitality from a property management team. Cindy was incredibly attentive, patient, and present (especially with me), since I always come with tons of questions and inquiries lol. I truly appreciate how supportive she was in helping us start this new chapter. So far, living here has been a wonderfull

She kindly and patiently showed me around, explained the amenities clearly, and made the visit comfortable with absolutely no pressure. I truly appreciated her professionalism and warmth.
