I also wish I could leave 0 I see others have also been left hanging by them and Peter. It now makes sense why the house hasn’t been rented. It’s not the home. The home is beautiful, it is this agency or homeowners. We submitted all information and documents for the house and received no clear reply. It’s so disheartening. As homeowner myself and as a person who rents out the home, I would never keep anyone wondering. It’s so easy to just decline an applicant than to give them a runaround and false hopes. Awful awful

We worked with Peter Li on one of his listings. Our client really liked the property and submitted all required documents promptly. However, we never received a clear response — neither an acceptance nor a rejection. Despite multiple promises to “get back to us the same day,” there was never any follow-up. More than ten days have passed with no decision, causing unnecessary delays and frustration for our client. This kind of lack of communication and professionalism is truly disappointing. I’m sharing this honest experience for others’ reference and to provide feedback to the company.

I really wish I can give this place 0 stars. I lived in one of their properties in Alhambra, Jade Gardens. It was supervised by Jesus Diaz and managed by his wife Claudia. I've had the worse experience as a renter there. They were very unprofessional and I feel like because of the conflict of interest, there was really no one else to speak with about issues there. From mold and leaks to withholding a portion of my deposit, eventhough the place was left cleaner than I recieved it. They never replaced the moldy dishwasher in my unit, so for the whole year there, I had no dishwasher. They're not good at answering calls or replying to emails as well. I'm not sure how they even qualify to manage anything. Also, the maintenance of the units there are horrible. It's filthy and they just dump pain

My wife went to a listing on Zillow with Peter Li! And showed interest in the townhouse however after trying to contact him she was ignored, so I figured it was because she was a Woman going alone with her kids. Even till today ignored! So she filled out an application and was ignored, now I decided to fill one out and he asked if I seen the place before I replied yes. Now he hasn’t contacted back days later and neither has my application been reviewed. Let’s just say you start to get a sense of discrimination here and and the demographic of what they’re really looking for, and it’s not someone Of a brown or darker color So if you decide to look for a place of residence and Alhambra, make sure you get a realtor who is not Asian because they’re only looking for Asian people to rent to. I

If I could give it zero stars I would! The people at Ideal Property are incompetent and slow to respond. I own a condo on Garvey and moved in almost a year ago. As soon as I moved in I asked to get the name changed on the front door intercom. I have my 75-year-old uncle in the condo and he needs to sleep during the day. Because his condo used to be the manager's condo he now gets every package delivery alert to the building. People constantly knock on his door and he is woken up because tenants need help. Now, this has been going on for almost a year! I have sent emails and made many calls to Sean to change this and no response. Still to this day (5/7/22) no change has been made. All that is needed is a simple sticker with my uncle's name to fix it! Recently we got assigned a parking spot
