They gave me a new start. I'm really glady friend recommended them.

I’ve been looking for a house for rent and was told by a friend to start with these people. I filled out an application, went by the business, and called several times. They never got in touch with me at all. When I followed up with my application a month later I was told that the head supervisor had my application, but never looked at it. Basically just blew a good tenant off that was willing to six month rent in advance.

If I could give these people a negative number I would. Today I had the privilege of having my hot water heater go to crap. I called to let them know at three in the afternoon because that's when I realized it wasn't working. I had to leave a message on their machine because nobody was in the office at the time. After waiting an hour I called back again. This time I got an answer and explained what was going on. She rudely asked me how long the water heater had been like this. I told her I noticed it an hour ago and that I called and left a message. She said she checked her messages and there wasn't one. Then she gave the phone to her secretary who then said she would call around and see what they could do. She called back a half hour later saying that nobody could get to it until Tuesday

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! My roommate and I moved in to one of their apartments in the fall and after only a month or so of living there our bathroom flooded. It wasn't too serious and nothing was damaged but it was only the beginning of several more plumbing issues. We tried to stay positive and make the apartment a nice little home and we were really started to like it until we started experiencing more and more problems. Over the weekend we stated having plumbing troubles in the bathroom again, it was late at night but since maintenance claims they have 24/7 service I didn't think it would be a problem. My search for housing was made incredibly easy by Carol. The whole process, from start to finish, took six days. She worked closely with the housing authority and other agencies to get my deposit arranged, starter kits, case management, everything! I signed my lease today and got the keys and have moved what little I have into the apartment.
