I am so lucky I was introduce to these guys! This past year has not been easy. I had managed to save up for a down payment for my first home but was struggling to keep my credit score afloat from impacts not only from covid, but a martial separation a few years prior. I did meet the FHA guidelines for a home loan but was having a hard time finding a lender who would want to work with me since they had their own stringent overlays. I was working with another lender when I finally got an accepted offer (it is a tough market right now!) however, a week after my offer was accepted, I was informed I was being laid off from my job.
