Pillar to Post did the home inspection recently for a house we are buying. They were very thorough, their report was detailed, and they explained everything while we were walking through the home. They answered every question I had and offered advice on what repairs may be needed. I highly recommend this company. Their prices are reasonable, they are great guys who are very thorough in their inspection and I trust their report. They noticed the smallest details and documented and photographed everything. Had a very good experience with Pillar To Post Home Inspectors. Good communications, person-to-person phone calls, both prior to the Inspection and after to Inspection. Owner very willing to answer all questions and explain items that I am not familiar with for that part of the county. Great Job.

My husband and I hired these people last fall when we bought a manufactured home in a park. We were on our way to Florida for the winter, and didn't move into the home until April... 5 months ago. We have so far spent in excess of $7,000 on plumbing issues. (The only thing they mentioned was a hot water heater that was old). All the pipes were bad. The old plastic kind (polybutylene) that had a recall years ago, which we didn't know about, and previous owners neglected to take advantage of.
