I am very satisfied with Cardinal as our HOA property management company. They align closely with the board and actively assist with contractors, going above and beyond compared to other companies. I can easily reach them when needed and am overall pleased with their service.

Terribly run HOA management firm. Very unfair with how people are treated, usually caught in lies and applying rules incorrectly, as well as zero transparency and rude communication. Their policy is to falsely accuse neighbors with zero proof of violations and the office team harasses you over email while never being open to a phone call. My family was directly ridiculed via email by the office staff. No one should ever use this company.
