My experience with Next Home Alliance and real estate agent Noelle SEATon was disappointing. Despite listing my property for rent with the expectation of professional service, I found that Noelle had very little knowledge about the area. She inaccurately stated that my house was 1200 sqft when it is actually 2400 sqft. Additionally, she failed to present any tenants that met my specified requirements. I strongly advise others to reconsider choosing Next Home Alliance, as it seems they prioritize their own interests over their clients. I am relieved to have terminated my contract and won't be dealing with them any longer.
