Horrible Service! Worst appraiser I've ever seen. Sherri arrived and immediately asked for the check. She pulled 4 year old pictures off Zillow. I asked her to obviously take updated pictures. She did after I insisted. She was at the house maybe 8mins grabbed the check and left. Then she sent the appraisal with pictures of someone else's house. LOL She apologized via text. I called and she said "I do so many appraisals I'm not even sure what pictures are yours" Unreal so she wanted me to send her pictures. What was the point of paying $550. These other reviews have to be from family. Unorganized and lazy. Look elsewhere.
