Prinwood Place

I’ve been wanting to move here for the past 12 years, I finally was able to. Prinwood doesn’t disappoint. I love my townhouse with the hardwood floors, my own washer and dryer and patio. The managers are very nice and understanding, and the maintenance guys are on top of fixes, repairs and upkeep. They do a great job. I love living here and don’t ever want to move. Only downside is I really wanted a garage but the ones around where I live are all being used. Most of them are being used as storage which isn’t the end of the world, but it would be nice if people bought storage units for their storage instead of using the car garages. But other than that no complaints. I love Prinwood!

Just got here. I will say it’s crazy the 1 BR’s are $1200. That used to be a really nice apartment now they got us paying that for a shoebox with cheap appliances and no garbage disposal, no pool!? That’s one thing you used to get for $1200 a month.

I have lived at Prinwood since January 2024, and I truly don't anticipate moving anytime soon. The staff are helpful and prompt, and it a nice, quiet community. I would recommend Prinwood to anyone looking for someplace to rent.

I worked with Monyea and Kanesha. They ensured the application and moving process was smooth and easy! I would highly recommend! Very nice girls.

Quiet community, very safe. Office staff is very attentive when any issues are brought up. Townhomes are also specious and a good value.
