Princeton Square Apartments

I was looking for an apartment ans decided to check the place out. I didn't have an appointment for a tour, but I was helped either way by Charlotte Johnson. I had been out apartment hunting for my son all day, so I hVs to say that it was refreshing to come in to a place and be so openly greeted as soon as you walk in. Charlotte was up beat and personable. It made me feel comfortable compared to the places poorly visited. They were all cold and cut to the chase. Charlotte went over all of their available apartment coming up over the next few weeks and took me to see a model. Even after the tour she was so informative. She made sure I had all of the information I needed to take to my son. She was very patient with me as I wrote down information. She was just thorough. She explained all fees

The place looks clean, quiet, and beautiful. Recently, I came in to tour with Charlotte. Applied, was approved, and moved in. My overall experience with the process was awesome. Compared to other places I've applied to and lived at, this experience was overall one of the best I've ever had. You can tell that Charlotte loves what she does. Other places I've lived in the past have, when apllying were not clear on costs and answred all my questions before I even had to ask them. She informed us from the start, during our tour, what we would need to apply, what the orocess looked like, how long it takes, and even what would be needed after. Last place I lived waited until the last minute to disclose things, not providing enough time for us to orepare financially. We had some minor maintenance

I have been here two months now. I wanted to wait and give a good answer honest review. It is HARD to find an affordable 2br apt to rent!!! I was very nervous because of the reviews. But took the good over the bad. My apartment was very clean when I moved in. We’ve had some maintenance issues but the guys are awesome at keeping you updated. The girls never get annoyed when I call with questions or concerns. As far as any bug reviews, I’ve had great experience with calling them and they sent someone out asap!! (No roaches & no bed bugs) location is amazing, and love my little home at Princeton square! If you’re in the fence, take it from a single mom, we love it here. Thank you Charlotte for all the help!

From our first visit here, Charlotte Johnson was a pleasure to work with! All of the office and especially the grounds crew, are extremely friendly and caring. Out of all our stresses of packing and moving, Charlotte and her team made our arrival very welcoming. Multiple staff members have checked in with us to make sure we have been satisfied. Very refreshing to work with professionals!

My fiancé & I just recently got approved for a 2BR apartment, for my daughter him and I! As I am 5 months pregnant and we needed a bigger place to welcome baby girl! I AM VERY pleased with how quick we got the place and how helpful Ms Charlotte, the leasing agent has been! We look forward to a great future with Princeton Apartments!
