She went above and beyond to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. BBrents has always been patient, kind and understanding when situations arise. I appreciate all the steps and precautions they take to ensure everyone can find a happy medium. Would highly recommend working with/renting from then. Rarely am I disappointed by an outcome.

I moved in one of there houses. When I went to sign the lease I immediately told them what was wrong with the house and ask them if they going to fix it. The man stated they would. 9 months later they never fix it. Every work on the issues I had with the home they canceled my work order. The home has termites which they blamed me for and try to force me to call the professionals to get rid of them. I wouldn’t never recommend none of my family and friends. This is the worse experience ever experienced since I moved out my parents house.

Leasing process went smoothly. Staff is knowledgeable and shared updates during the process keeping everyone aligned. FYI. Keep a eye out on text messages it appears that's the default communication method. Dix Road Property Management great job.
