Excellent price and was able to get quickly scheduled during a major holiday week. Chris provided 3 reports. The summary was detailed and thorough and an excellent resource to negotiate repairs. I am happy with my inspection and would recommend Chris to family and friends.

As a first time home buyer, Chris was excellent to work with! The inspection was affordable and Chris was very thorough! Chris has technology to measure radon levels and a drone to take detailed imagery of the roof. I received the general inspection report the same day and the radon report a few days after that. It was a real life saver since I had such a limited window to complete the inspection process. I would recommend HighTek to anyone looking for an advanced but cost effective home inspection.

We provided the square footage and the correct property address upfront. You did not request further clarification regarding the property type. I mentioned I would speak with my wife and follow up with you, and after doing so, I attempted to call—but you hung up on me and did not respond. At this point, we’ve decided not to use your service and will move forward with other options. While I dislike giving small businesses a negative review, I must warn future customers. My home was inspected in May/June of 2023. He was unsure why all of my walls were reading moisture — Had another inspector come and assure it was normal for a brick home after a rain. Missed very obvious termite damage — was pointed out to him and he was very apologetic and couldn't believe he missed it. Did not inspect the attic. Drone inspection of the roof seemed smart, but next time having someone on the roof would have been much more beneficial. Was told all of my wiring looked great, updated, romex — Missed a very obvious knob and tube junction right next to the fuse panel. Overall, for it being a holiday weekend, I'm glad he was available to do the inspection while no one else was available.
