Love the quick installation and conversation. I’ve been here for about 3 years, and it's been the best Apartment home living situation I’ve ever had. Shoutout to John for always getting it done! The office staff is the best!

The reviews are true. The property is close to everything! The community is clean, quiet and beautiful. The maintenence men will respond quickly and the leasing ladies are lovely. I immediately wrote a 5 star review that was true of my move in experience, which was terrific. Unfortunately, what hasn't been terrific for four winters, is not having proper heating. It's been cold every winter for the past three winters in my room. This winter, the second bedroom was cold, while mine was warm. It's unacceptable to pay close to 2k a month in rent, to live in a maintenance free luxurious community, that has a faulty hvac system. Apparently no one can find the problem- so to everyone who doesn't live in my unit, there is no problem; but I live here, so I would know best and Shadow Creek we have

Shadow Creek Apartments - Hamilton - OH is an excelente place to live. A very quiet community with a very receptible staff. The maintenance is fast and helpful. People are great and the lease office agentes are incredible. I recommend the place for those searching for a great please to live.
