I can't say enough good things about Kim Hollenbeck! She started here just a few months ago and has already made huge stride. It's incredible! I like living there and the residents are really nice

I lived at 506 for almost 10 years and I loved it there. It was very close to Green River road but far enough away from Morgan that you weren't bothered by the road noise. I only had a few maintenance issues in my time there, but it is always quickly taken care of. Plus, rent was always very affordable compared to other complexes in the area.

I really like it better than my old one. It’s really cute I wish I would’ve picked it as my first apartment. I just dont like how the living room don’t have a light but other than that it’s perfect honestly.

My friend was trying to move in the 23rd of December and the apartment wasn't ready on the move in date. They had no managers on site, only the maintenance man. Offered to stay in another room while they made excuses about how the apartment wasn't ready every two hours we called. They said they would be working on it 7 in the morning the next morning and by 10:30 the next morning when we went down to the apartment, no one was even there. She wasn't given written notice of the delay and it still wasn't ready, so she decided to break the lease.
