Princeton Belvidere Apartments

The building is fine sometimes, but if you're a non-smoker, this is NOT the place for you. I've sent this feedback to the property management company and have received no response. The smell of cigarette smoke is awful. I have constant headaches. My clothes constantly smell of smoke. My family and friends with asthma can't even visit (and it has impacted my breathing). If you plan to move in here and don't like smoke, look of the renter court cases about being able to withhold rent payments because your quality of life is impacted by neighboring smoke and the property owner does nothing to mitigate. There's a bit of material out there. Just disgusting.

Just moved in last week and what can I say?!?!? Great place! Close to everything! Small community feel, everybody helps each other out.

Very easy move in process with very friendly staff to assist along the way.

All the office staff were helpful. Kati and especially, TRACY!
