I’ve lived in their Asana and Velo buildings in Madison and loved my experience with Prime Urban Properties. For everything you get - pet-friendly living, garage parking, central HVAC, and in-unit washer/dryer - the value is great. The buildings are clean and well-kept, and although I rarely needed anything, the maintenance team was always responsive and helpful when I did. Big shout-out to Dawn Burgus for being quick and friendly with office support. Highly recommend!

I had a great tour experience and move-in on an incredibly short notice. I contacted PUP on Tuesday to schedule a tour for Wednesday, and then moved in on Friday. It was incredibly helpful for me as I had a short timeline of moving to Madison and finding an apartment before the first day of my new job. Throughout the process, I was in contact with Joel who was incredibly communicative and helpful from the start. Not only did he give me a thorough tour of the property and was patient with my questions, but he helped me through the application process so that I could get moved in on 2 days notice.
