Never have i been to a place with such bad qualities it makes you wonder how they stay in business. My mother rents a property for them and the treatment she has received was unnecessary and unacceptable. The owner has talked down to her, yelled at her and even drinks in office while working so you will never get the best of him. The entire establishment should be shutdown and the owner disbarred from real estate. What a shame people like this exist and serve experiences like these in our nations troubled time. Never would i recommend this company to my worst enemy. Too cruel. Much too cruel.

Negative star review sadly. Owner: ANTHONY MALEK (publicly available info) My issues are not fully due to Mr MALEK, however read on... I live below one of his units in Gaithersburg, which he purchased in June 2021. The previous tenants flooded their washing machine in Sept 2020, ruining the carpet and noise suppressing padding underneath. The previous owner ignored the community rule of 85% carpet coverage and advertised the property with hardwood flooring Mr Malek was notified of the need for carpet and padding after purchasing the property, however chose to ignore the carpet requirements, renting the property as is. The Landlord Anthony Malek is racists, rude as HELL. He discriminates ethnic groups such as Africans, African Americans and more. You will regret ever signing a lease with this company. To saved you the trouble please don't sign a lease. Even the people that works for him will tell you how nasty and rude the landlord is. I have to give them 1 star to post this review, but they get zero star at my end.

I've been a business owner and tentant with Prime Management for seven years! And I'm over satisfied with Prime Management. They've been very understanding and always happy to help me with any issues I've!!!

WORST PLACE TO EVER RENT FROM!!!!! TONY IS THE BIGGEST LIAR AND SUCH A TERRIBLE PERSON. FRIDGE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO SHUT SINCE I MOVED IN A YEAR AGO. PLEASE RUN RUN RUN!!!!!!!!!!
