Prestwick Apartments

It would be nice to see the apartment without having to apply and provide information and paperwork beforehand.

I would not recommend this place at all. The Manager here is always talking down to you. I am usually one for second chances and sometimes even third chances. But this place I gave up on. Nothing in the apartments work. My fire alarms go off every time i cook a meal. No, not because i burned it. I mean EVERY TIME. The one thing that is good at this place is that the Maintenance here and the secretary will bend over backwards to help you out. Just normal people. But since i lived here nothing goes right. My dishwasher does not wash dishes the garbage disposal doesn't work, my oven takes 25 min to heat to 325 degrees. Yes it is on the cheaper side but you do get what you pay for and it is not worth the aggravation. When i call maintenance, they are honest with you and tell you that its so ol

I would never recommend this place EVER! We had several discrepancies when moving out. The property manager was extremely rude and vague about everything. When I had finally had enough of him being vague I wrote to the better business bureau. The President of the management company then responded with a statement from the property manager who blatantly lied about our interaction and the fact that they never tried to schedule a final walk through. Also stated that I made the comment "it's clean enough", which I never once stated that place was spotless! They refused to show me the invoice from the cleaning company they used showing what she "HAD" to clean. Without question they refunded me some money, which if I may say is an emission of guilt trying to screw over their tenants. They don't

I think this is an amazing place to live. My daughter has a disability and they have an amazing staff around the complex, from the maintenance men to the office staff. Kudos for finding such awesome employees

The staff is rude as f***, not saying any names but you try to call there office about anything they try to get you off the phone as quick as possible. This place would be a lot better if they got rid of Nancy. Been waiting for an apartment for almost 8 months. And they must've took my name off the waiting list.
