Preston Mill

Preston Mill is a wonderful community. It feels more like a residential neighborhood. Maintenance is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to take care of anything that needs to be fixed. The office is friendly and always smiling. I would recommend my family and friends to live here

Lived here for about 6 almost 7 months, and within the months all the little minor I guess infractions in which Iv had either with a payment error or even problems in which Iv encountered have all been fixed ASAP by the leasing office as well as the great team of maintenance workers. I would love to give Mr.Clifton his flowers, since the day we moved in he always made sure my family has been straight and had no problems with our apartment. I personally feel that if there are issues regarding the apartments or even the neighborhood that are negatively impacting you and you don’t speak on it, it won’t get fixed and as I mentioned the leasing office staff and really the whole Preston mill staff will get ontop of it and get it done. I rarely write reviews, but given recent events, I feel compelled to share my experience. I was a resident at Preston Mills approximately three years ago, and only a few weeks ago I discovered an alleged “outstanding balance” reported to my credit related to rent and cleaning fees. This claim is completely unfounded. At the time of move-out, we were explicitly told that any and all outstanding fees must be paid in full before vacating the unit. We complied with this requirement, including a late fee that was promptly paid. Furthermore, it has been falsely reported that proper notice of vacating was not provided, when in fact, notice was submitted in accordance with policy.
