Have been living here almost 4 years. The apartment buildings are aging but the units themselves are great. I've had a handful of maintenance issues and want to shout-out Bert and anyone else on the maintenance staff for diligently solving the problems that come up. Dawn, the community manager, has always responded to my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Although the buildings may not be the newest and most feature filled you get quality service from the property staff

Don’t trust Renew 78 Apartments management!!!!!!!And Please WHO wants to rent apartment here please stop!!! I don’t know why but I paid for deposit 1680+300+75=2055 and (application fee 25+25+150=200) and l don’t know why l paid for parking 45 anybody give me garage door key ! You will pay here (for one _time fee setup your conservise account )many times! When you have questions management don’t help you…and manager really RUDE!!! When you be here you will see this!!

Been living here for several years now. Fantastic place to live! Dawn, the community manager, always goes out of her way to ensure what few problems occur are fixed promptly and properly. Property's clean, people are friendly, and improvements don't feel frivolous. Maintenance team is extremely responsive and considerate. Web portal for payments/documentation is very smooth. Communication around the property is top notch. Love this place, won't be moving anytime soon!

Preserve has huge apartments. Mine has a large laundry room with an extra storage area on the side of it. I recommend this place if you're looking for a new apartment.

My father lived here for over 10 years. When He first moved in it was a very nice independent senior living. When it was sold no one notified the seniors it would become low income. It was sold to slum lords. There are still some of the seniors, But they are not respected and it is very rough. I have watched them get robbed. I have watched them trash the buildings. I have watched them shoot it up. The police live here. Managment is always doing inspections and it feels real gross. It is cheaper but that comes at a very emotional price here.
