Customer Reviews
I recently moved into Preserve at Research Park, and so far my experience has been great. The apartments are very well equipped with all the necessary appliances, which makes daily life comfortable and convenient. You really get a good value for the price compared to other places in the area. The amenities are excellent — clean, modern, and well maintained. One thing I appreciate the most is how safe the community feels. The area is quiet, family-friendly, and peaceful, which is perfect if you want a calm environment to come home to after a long day. Another big plus is the location. There are plenty of important businesses, stores, and services nearby, so everything you need is just a short drive away. The property itself is also very beautiful, and the overall condition of the apartmen
Terrible management and falling apart apartments Honestly, don’t waste your time or money here. The office manager, Christine, is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She talks over you, doesn’t listen, and has even tried to hang up on me when I brought up an issue. Any time you have a complaint, she’s defensive and completely unhelpful. The apartments look decent when you tour them, but once you move in, it’s a totally different story. The whole building smells like cigarettes because they let people smoke inside, even though the lease says it’s a no-smoking property. When I asked about it, I was told it’s “allowed.” Everything is old and falling apart — constant plumbing problems, leaks, and you can hear everything from your neighbors to water running through the pipes all day. After an extensive search for an apartment, we are happy with our decision to move into the Preserve at Research Park. From the initial process of visiting the complex (on several occasions) walking thru the display apartment, the lease signing, and several interactions with the staff, it has been an easy and enjoyable experience! Friendly and helpful staff, the complex is clean and quiet, and perfectly located near shopping, restaurants and Hwy 40/64.
Three years ago, I sold my house and moved in with my daughter who has been a resident here for some time. This apartment complex and community has been wonderful. The unit is very warm and spacious and the property grounds are very well maintained. The property management team and maintenance team are truly one of a kind. They have been very patient and attentive with any questions/concerns we have had over the years as well as super friendly and easy to talk with. If any maintenance requests/issues are submitted they are handled in a timely manner. All in all, the Preserve at Research Park is a great place to live!
I have lived here less than a year, but I really lucked out to get an apartment here. The community it quiet and family-friendly. All of my neighbors are great (with a wide variety of generations represented in the community). The building is quiet. I never hear my neighbors. Very rarely I will hear the downstairs neighbors, their TV, or their dog barking. It's never anything major. The staff have always been extremely helpful and kind. They went above and beyond when I moved in with a lot of questions. Their newsletters are nice to for spreading community news and weather tips. They were quick to have people to plow the main sections after we received a lot of snow this winter. The maintenance team is top notch. I have entered a few maintenance requests for things I couldn't fix on my ow
