Preserve at Baywood

I’ve lived in these apartments for two years now, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and overall a comfortable place to call home. Anytime I’ve needed something, the staff has been quick to help. I especially want to mention Jesse — his professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile has made a huge difference. He’s always attentive and gets things taken care of fast. Really appreciate everything he does for the residents. Highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a solid, well-managed community.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience today with Abraham from the maintenance team. He responded to our work order quickly, his work was very thorough, and he was very polite. He got the job done and ensured our needs were met before leaving.

I have been living here for about a month. Our leasing agent, Jesse Perez, made our first time moving out experience so smooth. He answered every question we had and let us tour a few times to be sure we were getting the right fit for us. Since moving in he’s helped us get maintenance orders put in and completed quickly. We are so happy to be a part of this community!

I recently toured The Preserve at Baywood, and my leasing agent  jessica was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, she made the experience so easy and enjoyable. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. The property itself was beautiful, but the way the tour was handled really stood out — I left feeling confident and excited about the community. Definitely one of the best leasing experiences I’ve had!

I pay nearly $2,000 a month to live here, and there are no security cameras anywhere on the property. My work truck was broken into, and when I spoke with maintenance, they told me theft happens often around here. For the amount of rent we’re paying, basic security should be a priority. Because of this incident, I ended up losing my job and now have to start over. It’s extremely frustrating that management hasn’t done anything to make residents feel safe. At least send emails to resident to warn them of the theft but there's just silence.
