Prentiss Pointe Apartments

I have truly had an enjoyable living experience at Prentiss Pointe. The details described about the beautiful facilities and friendly staff don’t completely cover all the positivity you will find here. There are Welcome & event get-togethers. There are also places to shop, restaurants to visit; Metro Park has boating & marina, Summer Concerts & nature trails; walking & bike paths; Township festivities, nearby freeways taking you north, south, east & west, good safety practices, and much more. I love the nature surrounding the property! This is a great place to live and just enjoy life!❤️

The team is always prompt and professional! When they could not fix the dishwasher in 2 days I had a brand new one! I love the way the protect my house by wearing shoe covers

showed up the day after my request was put in, very fast service. Asked them a few questions about other things in the apartment and they were very knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable with them in the apartment.

Love love love lthis place! Great community. Right by lake Saint Clair Park. Free Monday night yoga. Gym in the clubhouse. Pool table really what more could you ask for. Gorgeous view of the sunrise! Really a great place to check out!

I was very pleased with the service the maintenance people was very professional and work very hard and diligently to get the job completed fantastic cleanup after fixing the water issue on a scale of one to 10 I will give him a 10
