Beachwood Townhomes

I am a resident here and called to report a car stuck in the snow directly in front of my unit. The person who answered the phone was hostile, dismissive, and completely unprofessional, telling me it “wasn’t his responsibility.” That response alone says everything about how this property is run. It snowed all day and there was absolutely zero maintenance—no plowing, no shoveling, no salting. Not a single employee was seen doing anything to make the property safe. Walkways and parking areas were left buried, creating obvious safety hazards that management clearly doesn’t care about. Many residents here have dogs, and because of management’s neglect, we were unable to walk them safely so they haven’t been able to use the bathroom today. The property was essentially unusable. My name is Deb. I live there for over two years and the management and maintenance teams are great. They were always available and if I had an issue, responded and fixed it right away.

Apartments need to be updated, cleaned better and either maintenance or the contractors they use for painting and fixing the drywall need to do a better job 👎👎👎

Laurie had an attitude almost every time I called! I asked for a copy of my payment and she told me they would make a note to send me an email once my payment was in the system and never did. So when I called for it a few days later , she caught an attitude saying they don’t send it in email as if she didn’t just tell me they would make a note to email me. That was just one of the many times she had an attitude with me. Very rude lady! Almost every time I called she sounded like she hated her job. Not pleasant to speak to at all! However the guy at the front desk (can’t remember his name) was SUPER NICE as well as the maintenance men.

I love the new and improved beachwood! They are always upgrading the property to make the units look brand new again, they just added a grill and bench to the playground for us to cook out on with friends and family as well as installed a very nice propane grill at the pool. This place has come so far in the 5 years I've lived here!! The pricing is just right for the new upgrades as well as the classic units, everywhere I look apartment prices are threw the roof. Maintenance is fast and reliable also.
