Metro Tower Apartments

My heat went out it’s been a week and they left me in the cold right after I paid my rent haven’t check to see if I was ok or nothing just in here cold waiting for them to keep playing in my face 😡🤯 On top of that refer somebody to move in and they Claim that the person that moves in, have to put the person down as a reference on the piece of paper and or or the website that didn’t have the option for her to put my name down so because of that I didn’t get anything off of my rent for referring somebody😡😡how petty is that

I haven't lived here, but I've viewed a lot of apartments and wanted to give a shoutout to Delilah in the office! She was wonderful, pleasant and insightful. She enjoys her job and it shows that she cares. I loved looking at the property and felt comfortable and at ease in the area.

I just moved in but it's great and affordable and the management in the office was super helpful so glad I made the move to metro towers

My wife stayed here for 5 years and I stayed here for two years. Pro's: 1. Competitive rent rate 2. Most of the community members are friendly 3. Washer and dryer on each floor 4. Reasonably safe community 5. Close to shopping centers Con's: 1. Staff members aren't very knowledgeable about property rules and regulations. Often received conflicting information from on-site staff and staff at the property management company. I will be leaving an unfavorable review about the property management company (Professional Property Management - Birmingham, MI) 2. Several domestic disturbances at 2-3am in the morning 3. Fire alarm goes off quite frequently. Possibly due to first floor dryer being close to alarm sensors 4. Large community = unknown smells and unkept trash disposal 5. Car ports need

I lived at Metro Tower Apartments for two years. In this period, I never worried about my safety and security. My packages always reached me without any issues. Besides, the management and maintenance were always professional. When I requested a maintenance, John came within 30 minutes and solved my problems in a short time. He is absolutely the best! The only bad side of the place was the fire alarms and elevator problems, which happened once a year. Other than these, this place is an affordable, safe and pleasant place to live. Thank you so much to the management and maintenance staff for making my life easier in the past two years. So, definitely recommended for anyone who is looking for an apartment around this location!
