Clinton Manor Apartments

My worst experience was the flooding of my unit and severalother 10 years ago. This gave me blackmold because the carpeting was not replaced correctly & 8 yrs later they replaced just bedroom carpet; the rest was up to me if I removed the furniture. I have a heart condition.deteriorating disk and surgery in 2 weeks for corroded knee. My rent raises regardless every year regardless of disrepair. They did get rid of some black mold but more grows. They talk down to me like I am a burden rather than a long time tenant who has never been late on rent.

I can't leave a full review just yet, I just signed the lease. So far I can say that the apartments are very spacious and also include a large storage closet and walk-in closet in the bedroom. Phase 1 apartments only require electric utility payments every month. Free carports, large balcony and an outdoor swimming pool to utilize in the summer months. The only drawback is that there isn't a washer or dryer in the apartment itself but, easily located on the first floor of each apartment building. There are 2 pairs to share between 12 apartments, Another drawback is the fact that you have to use cash to insert in a kiosk to add credit to a laundry debit card.

Maintenance here is the best.They are fantastic They are very professional And the office manager Brandy is also the best And very caring and professional also And I forgot the new guy name but he is the best also and professional

I moved in these apartments in 2017 it was my first one so I was excited I loved the space & how quiet it was .However they do go up on rent every year for no reason, they can never keep the same office staff it’s a revolving door . Maintenance is pretty good I only waited long one time in my 6 years renting there. Now fast forward to me moving out I was charged $1200 for some carpet that’s not even $500 let’s be honest then when u call corporate the guy Adam I think his name is never answers or responds to you . Not bad for a starter place but just be aware they are a business & they will keep your money & charge u for everything.
