Premium Properties

Our company is looking to expand and we were interested in a commercial space managed by Premium. After attempting to see the property for over a month with no confirmation or agreed-to meeting times, we are moving on from this space. I have sent no less than 10 emails, called two different agents, left voicemails with the main number and I have only ever received one response. That response was replied to and then ignored like every other inquiry. It's astounding that they would do this in the commercial property space. Moving on.

I want to express my appreciation for Iman. I have been looking at apartments for over a month and have, “dealt”, with many property managers. Iman stands out as being so professional. and still approachable. She answered questions before I asked questions, she was thorough and friendly and respectful of your properties. She articulated herself well and represented your company incredibly well. She also spoke highly of your company and it’s follow through regarding issues (maintenance, etc.). She is great, especially in contrast to the many other property management companies I’ve been in contact with. You are so fortunate to have someone like Iman representing you. I'm starting to think these people are a flat out scam or high all the time. How do you have me sign a lease that says all utilities including electricity are master-metered, have multiple employees there confirm it, then my power gets cut off and I have to pay hundreds of $$$ to PG&E, and their response is "there was a typo in the lease and misunderstanding" as if that voids a legally binding document. These "master-metered" utilities are also supposed to be billed according to square footage of the apartment yet I found out I pay more than twice as much as a neighbor with an identical apartment. They have no reasonable explanations for any of this but they clearly think it's not their problem. You can never get them on the phone. NEVER. If you need help with anything, good luck. I

Ive rented comercial and residential spaces from premium properties over the years and never had anything but good experiances. Sincearly wish them continued success

The worst. Commercial or residential real estate owners who care about your property- do not use them! Most tenant issues are easily resolved...if someone picks up the phone. They do not respond to emails, calls or text. They are always busy (in every department) but what they are doing is a mystery. Property maintenance is minimal. Variable fees vary widely. Poor communication. They do not actively manage anything.
