I’ve had a great experience at The Addison Apartments, and I especially want to highlight Lynn Shelton, the Maintenance Manager. Lynn is always kind and friendly with everyone in the building. What truly stands out is how quickly and efficiently maintenance requests are handled; any issue I’ve had was resolved promptly. It’s clear that Lynn genuinely cares about residents and takes pride in the work. Having such reliable and friendly support makes living here much more comfortable and stress-free. Every time I see Lynn around the property, he greet residents warmly and make everyone feel welcome. He also responds to maintenance requests very quickly, which I really appreciate.
