Jessica and Alissa helped me and my soon to be ex husband sell a house and helped me buy a new one in the El Cerrito/Berkeley area. They remained professional through the highs and lows of this stressful period. They even helped me post-move get set up with good local service people. One issue that marred an otherwise good relationship with the MAJ team (and why my rating is lower) is that they facilitated my husband moving into my new neighborhood. This is an unfortunate outcome and makes me question their motives and their ability to empathize with their clients, particularly professional women going through a divorce. I assume most will not be in my situation, however, and will find the MAJ team's services to be quite professional and helpful.
