I had a home to sell for my brother, and Julie was recommended by a friend and did a SUPER job! The house was sold in less than 10 days, I was kept informed during the entire process and virtually had to do nothing once I turned the house over to Julie. I would recommend her anytime! My review will be regarding one house that was listed, and partially owned by Julie Stevenson Fischer and my experience with that house. She was the selling agent, and again partial owner. The house was beautiful, and from her information was a bank repo. It was marketed as a move in ready house, and everything on the property disclosure was marked as working. This included the heat and air conditioning. We put an offer on the house and were accepted verbally that day, and in writing 2 days later. Two days after that we got an inspector in to look at the house. Sherlock Homes (catchy, right?). The inspection came back shockingly bad.
